DocFilm Forum Video Series: Art and Politics with Author Ben Davis

In November 2013, the Art & Class Discussion Club invited 9.5 Theses on Art & Class author Ben Davis to San Francisco State University’s DocFilm Forum for a discussion of his work and the role of activism in art and film. DocFilm has just released the first chapter of the panel discussion between Ben and Sanaz Mazinani (visual artist), Eric Talbert (Executive Director, EMERGENCY USA), Jesse Moss (filmmaker, faculty SFSU) and Moderator Michael A. Behrens (Director at DocFilm). If you weren’t able to attend in person you can start to follow the discussion along here with Chapter 1 →

*DocFilm is releasing the video of the entire event in chapters. We’ll re-post subsequent videos here as soon as they become available.*
